MAILING CLUB FAQ
--"When are stickers mailed?"Stickers are mailed on the first day of the next month. So if you signed up for the March sticker club, it will be mailed out on April 1st. If there is ever a significant delay I will post about it in the "posts" category.-- "When will my sticker arrive?"After doing this for a year, and conversing with other working artists, I want to say the USPS is quite unreliable with mailing times. I can mail a sticker out on Jan 1st and it may get to you by February. I have no way of knowing when the mail will arrive, so I ask for your patience.-- "I think my mail is lost, it hasn't arrived."Mail seems to get lost pretty frequently. If you have waited over 3 weeks for mail, I will mail another out to you for no additional charge. Sometimes I will wait a few days to see if it arrives, and usually, it does. Please update me on if your mail arrives through Ko-fi's messaging system.-- "My mail got lost again, can you help me?"I've been doing this for one year now, and only once has a customer gotten lucky enough to have two pieces of lost mail. In the case your mail gets lost, the first time and second time, I will send a sticker out with no additional charge to you. If there is a third instance of mail lost in one calendar year, I will send a tracked letter to you. I will only send up to 3 lost stickers per customer, so please don't abuse this system.--"When are super sparklecats rewards sent out?"I will try to send my super sparklecats subscribers an additional sticker whenever possible. In addition to this, I will send you a copy of all merchandise I am in charge of producing for my own brand and freelance work. That being said, for logistical reasons, the super sparklecats subscribers may end out with some large packages sent 2-3 times a year. Super sparklecats subscribers may be sent questions about their personal size for tshirts and other specifics through the Ko‑fi messaging system. I will be trying to produce more in-depth online content deeper into 2026.--"What kind of online content can I expect from mailing club?"More in-depth discussions and processes from my art practice, such as animated gif processes, breakdowns, updates on freelance projects, game development, and updates on studio work + events that will not be posted on social media. Some processes are for mailing club members and some are for super sparklecats subscribers only.
